Executive Recruiter and Leadership Career Coach with 15 years of experience supporting senior professionals globally to grow their careers and step into leadership with purpose.

Having worked for many years in the  

aviation sector and other complex international organisations, hiring senior leaders across global markets, a lot of my time was spent helping high-performing professionals navigate career transitions, international relocations, and the move into senior leadership with clarity, credibility and confidence.

My coaching practice was shaped by a consistent pattern I observed in executive search: talented individuals don’t stall due to lack of ability, but due to limited access to the right guidance, networks, and strategic support at key moments in their career.

I work with professionals at these inflection points, helping them position themselves effectively, make confident decisions, and step into opportunities that reflect their true potential.

Having spent my career in executive search, I bring an insider perspective to how leadership careers are shaped, combining this with focused coaching to help clients move forward with clarity, credibility and intention. 

I have a particular passion for supporting individuals from underrepresented and non-traditional backgrounds as they navigate career transitions, international relocations and increased leadership responsibility.
